Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hereon, a Small App Cloud that hosts small HTML web apps and can store the data those apps choose to remember.

The service

You may upload HTML, a zip of a static site, or a PDF, or start from a template. We give that page a public URL. Free includes one live app, with Website, Cloud Data, people, visit, and bandwidth caps. Drafts and archived apps do not use a live slot. Creator and Pro are subscriptions. Hitting a visit or bandwidth cap pauses public visitors until the next month or an upgrade; we do not delete an app for a busy month. A Free live app that has had no public visit for 180 days may sleep until the owner wakes it. Paid apps do not sleep. End-user file uploads are not offered in this version. Custom domains are not offered yet.

Your content

You keep the rights to the files you upload and the data your apps store. You must have the right to publish that content. Do not upload malware, illegal material, or other people’s private data without permission. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Accounts, payments, and cancellation

You can start without an account. Binding an email or Google account is how you keep access across devices. Paid plans are billed by Creem, our merchant of record. They collect payment, applicable tax, and issue invoices. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; no payment is collected until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged. Subscriptions renew until you cancel from your Hereon account (Cancel or manage billing) or the Creem customer portal linked in your receipt. After paid access ends, public app links pause, but the app files and Cloud Data stay saved. Subscribing again restores those links automatically. You can export Cloud Data from Studio or Account at any time, and you can delete the account from Account after the plan is Free.

Refunds

The first paid charge is refundable within 14 days if you email support@hereon.space. Later renewals are not prorated unless the law requires it. Creem may refund within 60 days to prevent a chargeback. Full policy: /refunds. We reply to support mail within 3 business days.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hereon for malware, phishing, spam, scams, stolen content, other people’s private data, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal. We host small web apps you made; we are not a generic file locker or an open CDN. We may remove content, pause traffic, or close an account that breaks these rules. Report a page at /report.

Availability

We host on Cloudflare. We aim to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. Public traffic may pause when a plan’s monthly cap is hit. Keep your own copy of files you care about.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
