Pricing, cancellation, and refunds

Hereon sells live apps, visits, Cloud Data, and people — not unlimited bandwidth. Free: 1 live app. Early bird for the first 500 paid subscribers: Creator $5.99/month or $55 billed yearly (regularly $6.99/$69), 5 live apps. Pro $15/month or $152 billed yearly (regularly $19/$190), 20 live apps. Lock in during early bird and renewals stay at that price.
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Creem is the merchant of record: no payment is collected until the trial ends, then they charge the card, collect tax, and send the invoice. Cancel from Account → Cancel or manage billing, which opens the Creem customer portal, or use the portal link in your receipt. You must be able to cancel inside the product; you do not need to email us to stop renewal.
If your first paid charge was a mistake or the product is not what you needed, email support@hereon.space within 14 days. We refund that first charge. Later renewals are not prorated unless required by law. Creem may still refund within 60 days when a chargeback is likely.
We read support mail on business days and reply within 3 business days. If we miss that, Creem may refund on our behalf.
