- What is Hereon?
- Hereon is a Small App Cloud. Paste or upload HTML, Word, Excel, images, Markdown, a zip, or a PDF, and we give you a public URL on hereon.app. The page can remember people and data when you turn Cloud Data on. We do not run your Node or Python backend.
- Do I need an account to publish?
- No. The first publish does not require an account. Sign in with email if you want the app to follow you to another device. Free includes one live app.
- How much does it cost?
- Free includes one live app. Early bird for the first 500 paid subscribers: Creator is $5.99/month ($55 billed yearly), regularly $6.99/$69. Pro is $15/month ($152 billed yearly), regularly $19/$190. If you lock in during early bird, renewals stay at that price. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Drafts and archived apps do not use a live slot. See Pricing.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Creator and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Free does not need a card and includes one live app.
- How do I cancel?
- Sign in, open Account, and choose Cancel or manage billing. That opens the Creem customer portal. You can also use the link in your Creem receipt. Cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- What happens when my paid plan ends?
- Your public app links pause, but we keep the app files and Cloud Data. Subscribe again and the links come back automatically. Ending a plan does not delete or archive your projects.
- Can my app appear in search results?
- Paid public apps allow search engines such as Google and Bing to index them. Free apps ask search engines not to list them. Search engines still decide whether and when a page appears.
- What is the refund policy?
- Email support@hereon.space within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. Later renewals are not prorated unless the law requires it. Creem, our merchant of record, may issue a refund within 60 days to prevent a chargeback. We reply within 3 business days.
- Who gets the early bird price?
- The first 500 paid Creator and Pro subscribers. It is about 20% off, rounded to a whole dollar or $X.99: Creator $5.99/month or $55/year, Pro $15/month or $152/year. After that, new subscribers pay the regular price ($6.99/$69 and $19/$190).
- Do I keep the early bird price after it ends?
- Yes. If you subscribe during early bird, renewals stay at that price until you change plans or cancel. New subscribers after the first 500 pay the regular price. Changing from Creator to Pro later uses whatever Pro is sold at then.
- Who processes payments?
- Creem is the merchant of record. They collect payment, tax, and send invoices. Hereon never stores your card number.
- What happens if an app reaches its monthly limit?
- The app pauses for public visitors until the next month if it reaches its visit or bandwidth limit. We do not delete the app or its Cloud Data. You can upgrade sooner if you need it live again.
- Can I export or delete my data?
- Yes. Studio has Export Cloud Data on each app. Signed-in accounts can export everything and delete the account from Account. Cancel a paid plan before deleting the account.
- Do you host any HTML, including phishing?
- No. Do not publish malware, phishing, or other people’s private data. We may take a page down after a report to support@hereon.space. Free pages are noindex.
- Is the AI builder unlimited?
- No. Free has 0 AI conversations. Creator includes 20 per month, Pro 100. Each description is one conversation. Create and Studio changes share that cap. AI may only use Platform.db, Platform.auth, and Platform.storage — not a custom server.
- Can I publish HTML from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
- Yes. Paste the HTML they generated, or save it as a file and drop it. The files run as-is. We do not rewrite them into a framework.
- What files can I upload?
- HTML or HTM, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, PowerPoint (.pptx), images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG), Markdown, a text file, a PDF, or a zip of a static site. You can drop several files at once — HTML plus CSS and images, or a handful of photos. You can also paste a complete HTML document. We do not host WordPress, PHP, or Node servers.
- Do I need Git, a domain, or a server?
- No. Drop the file or paste the HTML. We give you a hereon.app URL. No Git, CI/CD, or server setup. You do not need an account for the first publish.
- Can I change the page after I publish it?
- Yes. Open the app in Studio and use Edit on the preview: click text to change it, click a picture to swap it, click a link to edit its URL, then Save edits. It edits the view the page is showing right now, so you can click through to the screen you want and edit that one — and while you edit, the page's own buttons, links, and forms stay inactive so nothing jumps away. Every save keeps the earlier version, so History can put it back. One limit: if a page builds its content with JavaScript, its script replaces that content the next time the page loads — for those parts, upload the file again instead of retyping the rendered text.
