Refund policy

Hereon subscriptions are billed by Creem, our merchant of record. This page is the customer-facing refund policy for Creator and Pro.
14-day refund on the first paid charge
If this is your first paid Hereon charge, email support@hereon.space within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Say the email on the receipt. You do not have to give a reason.
After that
Later renewals are not prorated, unless a law where you live requires it. Cancel anytime so you are not charged again. Access stays until the end of the period you already paid.
How to cancel
Sign in → Account → Cancel or manage billing. That opens the Creem customer portal. You can also use the portal link in your Creem receipt. Cancellation does not require an email to us.
Creem
Creem may issue a refund within 60 days of a charge to prevent a chargeback, even if our 14-day window has closed. Card networks can still open a chargeback. We do not store your card number.
Response time
We reply to support@hereon.space within 3 business days. If we do not, Creem may refund on our behalf.
